In October 2020, the Fort Myler Shopping Center suffered a devastating fire. The entire shopping center, exclusive of KFC and Pizza Hut (which remain in operation), is a total loss. The fire occurred during the early morning hours when no one was on-property. There were no injuries.

We are working with our insurance companies and the investigating authorities. At this point, we have no timeline when we may begin rebuilding.
